Hero stat row (three big orange numbers):

THE PROBLEM section

Traditional real estate is broken.

The NAR settlement changed the rules. Buyers and sellers are paying for a system that was designed before the internet existed — let alone AI.

Three problem cards:

  1. 💸 Misaligned Incentives "A traditional agent earns more when your home sells for more — but their incentive is to close fast, not maximize your price. They get paid either way." Stat: 6%

  2. ⏳ The Process Takes Forever "Weeks of showings, back-and-forth offers, paperwork delays, and title scheduling. The average home takes 45–60 days to close. Most of that is coordination overhead." Stat: 45+ days

  3. 📊 You're Already Doing the Work "You found the neighborhood on Zillow. You toured homes yourself. You know what you want. The agent is mostly coordination — AI can do that better." Stat: 91% online

THE SOLUTION section

AI handles the entire transaction.

agent9 replaces every task a traditional realtor performs — with software that is faster, cheaper, and available around the clock.

Six solution cards (icon + title + body):

  1. 🏠 AI Listing & Marketing — "Professional listing copy, pricing analysis, MLS submission, and automated marketing across Zillow, Realtor.com, and social channels."

  2. 📱 Showing Coordination — "AI schedules and confirms showings, collects buyer feedback, and sends automated follow-ups — without a human playing phone tag."

  3. 📝 Offer Management — "Receive, analyze, and compare offers side by side. AI surfaces the strongest deal based on price, contingencies, and closing timeline."

  4. 🤝 Negotiation Guidance — "Real-time negotiation recommendations backed by comparable sales data, market conditions, and buyer behavior patterns."

  5. 📄 Paperwork & Contracts — "State-compliant contracts auto-generated and pre-filled. E-signature built in. Nothing falls through the cracks."

  6. 🏛️ Closing Coordination — "AI coordinates with title, escrow, and lenders. Tracks every deadline. Keeps everyone on schedule so the deal closes on time."

HOW IT WORKS section

Three steps. That's it.

No onboarding calls. No agent interviews. Just tell agent9 what you need and it gets to work.

Three numbered steps (gold circle numerals 1/2/3):

1. List or Search "Sellers add their property details. Buyers describe what they're looking for. agent9 handles everything from here."

2. AI Manages "agent9 runs the entire process — showings, offers, negotiations, and all the coordination between parties."

3. Close "Deal accepted. AI coordinates with title and lender. You show up to sign. Keep every dollar you would have paid a realtor."

Form is HTML form with method=GET and action back to /agent9 — appears non-functional / placeholder (no API endpoint wired). Heads up for PRESS/CANVAS: this is the conversion path that needs a real backend.

Note on naming: the variables are called --gold, --amber, --purple but every single one of them resolves to #FB4F14 (Cincinnati Bengals orange). The page brand-locks on Bengals orange exclusively — no actual amber, no purple, despite the variable names. This matches "BengalOracle" project root and 9's broader visual identity.

CTAs and conversion paths

The page has a single primary conversion goal: email signup to the waitlist. Every CTA on the page funnels there.

No pricing page, no login, no app, no demo, no calendar/Calendly, no second flow. Single conversion funnel: read story → join waitlist.

What's MISSING from the live page (vs. what we'd want for the vision deliverable)

Honest gap analysis. The live page is a landing/marketing page for a "coming soon" product — not a vision document. Specifically missing:

  1. Product UI screens — no actual app mockups or screenshots. The page says "AI handles everything" but doesn't show what the user sees. The vision deliverable will need new mockups.
  2. Defensible business model detail — only mentions a $995 flat fee in the calculator. No tier breakdown, no enterprise / pro version, no buyer-side vs. seller-side pricing differentiation.
  3. Specific market size / TAM — references the NAR settlement but no numbers (TAM, SAM, SOM, target segments).
  4. Competitive positioning — no mention of Zillow, Redfin, Opendoor, Houwzer, or where agent9 fits vs. other low-commission models. Vision deliverable should address.
  5. Tech architecture / moat — no claim to technical defensibility. Just says "AI handles it." For a vision doc, need to articulate the moat (proprietary data, agent stack, regulatory navigation, etc.).
  6. Founder / team / story — no "about us" section. Only footer mentions "A 9 Enterprises product — Cincinnati, OH" and "Built by 9. Powered by ambition." Vision deliverable can lean into the 9-Enterprises-as-founder story.
  7. Compliance / licensing / regulatory — selling real estate without a licensed broker is a 50-state legal minefield. The page glosses over this entirely. Vision must address (e.g., partner-broker model, transaction-coordinator model, etc.).
  8. Roadmap / launch plan — "coming soon" but no dates, no phases, no rollout plan.
  9. Traction / proof / waitlist count — no social proof, no waitlist counter, no testimonials, no "as featured in".
  10. Buyer-side flow — copy is heavily seller-skewed ("you keep the commission"). Buyers also pay through agent9 per the NAR settlement but the buyer angle is thin.
