Agent9 — On-Disk Asset Inventory (Apr 25, 2026)

Stage 1 deliverable. Hunt the local repo + filesystem for existing Agent9 collateral. Honest first: most of what Owner remembered actually exists, but the "video pitch deck" lives on HeyGen as a hosted iframe — no source video, no slide deck, no final mp4 is archived locally. The landing page is real. The narration script is real. The strategic positioning canon is rich. Treat this as PRESS's foundation.

Domain reality: agent9.com is not registered. The landing is served at get9.ai/agent9.html (canonical) and 9enterprises.ai/agent9.html. Per memory/resource_inventory_apr24.md, only freeagent9.com exists as a registered .com (different product, parked, no content). PRESS should not assume there is or will be an agent9.com without confirming.

Recommended priors for PRESS

  1. Treat the existing landing page (public/agent9.html) as canonical voice and visual identity. It's the most polished, deployed Agent9 artifact. The hero one-liner — "Buy and sell homes. No realtor needed. AI handles everything. You keep the commission." — is the current public positioning. PRESS should preserve or evolve this, not replace it without flagging.
  2. Use the HeyGen Video 6 script (scripts/heygen-scripts.md) as the narrative spine for new long-form copy. It's complete, owner-blessed by virtue of having been rendered, and covers the full transaction lifecycle (search → valuation → negotiation → paperwork). The 1:24 video is canonical until replaced.
  3. Reconcile the Apr 25 sharpening with the existing collateral. Apr 25 narrows: Ohio FSBO, $999/seller-pays, communications-layer (not full-stack realtor replacement), county-auditor enforcement, no-licensing posture. The existing collateral promises broader scope ($995 flat fee, MLS submission, full transaction management). PRESS should write the new vision deliverable around the Apr 25 product shape, but call out clearly where the old landing page over-promises so it can be tightened in a later sprint.
  4. Anchor strategic framing on the Apr 23 canon. Tier 1 alongside 9, Pepper, and AI Underwriter. Real estate vertical. Strategic score 7.70. TAM $8B+. Q3 2026 build target (per GM definition — though Apr 25 direction may pull this earlier).
  5. Do not invent a logo, deck, or domain. If PRESS needs visual assets, request CANVAS to produce. If they need agent9.com, flag to Owner — domain is not registered. Use existing wordmark + Bengals orange #FB4F14 until told otherwise.
